The Wake County real estate market wrapped up November 2025 with home values still trending upward and activity easing into a normal seasonal pace. While the number of sales slowed compared to October, the median sales price climbed to $470,000, showing that demand in the county’s core price ranges remains steady.

I’m excited to share that last week our RE/MAX One Realty team was named #16 in the state of North Carolina!
RE/MAX is an incredible brand, and thus, has lots of agents here in North Carolina, so it’s exciting to be named in the top. These numbers were compiled through the end of October 2014 – so our small, but mighty team, was working hard to reach this accomplishment before the true end of the year.
Our RE/MAX office alone has five teams in the top 20 – not to mention here locally across all companies we have the highest number of transactions per agent!
