Renée Hillman Receives ICON Agent Status From eXp Realty for the Fourth Year in a Row

The eXp Realty ICON Agent Award is reserved for agents who achieve exceptional production goals and positively impact company culture. This honor signals that these agents are leaders in their field and serve as examples to their colleagues by upholding the core values of eXp Realty. Out of almost 80,000 eXp agents, only around 1.5% reach ICON status.
Once agents achieve ICON status, they receive a number of exclusive benefits, including invitations to ICON-only events where ICONs can network and learn from each other.

ICON Benefit Year
With Renée now achieving ICON status, she will enter what’s known as the “ICON Benefit Year”—a 12-month period where she will share her expertise by teaching classes in eXp World. As an ICON, Renée is also committed to enhancing the culture for eXp agents, fostering collaboration, and giving back to the community.

For a complete list of volunteer opportunities, please go to your Workplace and join I Heart eXp-Triangle. With over 1,500 of us in the Triangle we hope to fill all of the slots and add more opportunities as needed.
Last year, the HREG team volunteered at the Note in the Pocket for I Heart eXp Day to help them sort clothes, and it was so exciting to see all the donations they had coming in!
We can’t wait to see what this year holds!
