The eXp Realty ICON Agent Award is reserved for agents who achieve exceptional production goals and positively impact company culture. This honor signals that these agents are leaders in their field and serve as examples to their colleagues by upholding the core values of eXp Realty. Out of almost 80,000 eXp agents, only around 1.5% reach ICON status.
Once agents achieve ICON status, they receive a number of exclusive benefits, including invitations to ICON-only events where ICONs can network and learn from each other.
ICON Benefit Year
Now that Renée has received ICON status, she will enter what is called the “ICON Benefit Year.” This is a 12-month period following ICON status achievement. During this time, Renée will serve as a mentor for new agents to help them gain the fundamental knowledge that is required to start building a successful real estate career.
Last year, Renée became an ICON instructor at eXp University. She had the opportunity to teach in the eXp World and where she shared her knowledge and expertise with other eXp agents. Renée has always been passionate and helping others grow in their career and with the ICON program, she has more opportunities to do this.
