We’ve got exciting news to share… Hillman Real Estate Group Team Leader Renée Hillman is featured in the most recent issue of Triangle Real Producers Magazine! The monthly publication for top producing realtors in the Triangle featured Renée—along with Tina Caul, Sharon Evans, Marti Hampton, and April Stephens—for her role in eXp Realty, a cloud-based realty company established in 2009, now encompassing over 33,000 agents from around the country. Together, the five ladies make up the Freedom Builders network, one of eXp’s first teams of such high caliber.

Renée, Tina, Sharon, Marti, April have a total of 120 combined years of experience in the realty industry. Within the Freedom Builders network, they each contribute “their own unique skills and personalities for the greater good of agents around the state and country.”
In the article, the ladies describe the Freedom Builders network as, “a unified front. Instead of being competitors, we are collaborators under one brokerage with a financial incentive to grow the company and grow each other.” Renée is honored to be a part of such a wonderful, collaborative, and empowering group of females and can’t wait to see what exciting things the Freedom Builders and eXp Realty do next.

We want to take a moment to brag on our newest HREG team member, Kayla Thompson! She closed on her first sale last week ????????????. (Many of us real estate agents remember how exciting that milestone was to check off the newbie list!)
During the hustle of the holidays, I believe it’s important to pause and reflect on the noteworthy moments before the clock strikes midnight on New Year’s Eve. It’s an opportunity for our team to celebrate successes small and large and most importantly, a great chance to say “Thank you!” to each of you who made 2019 special in some way for us.

The Met Gala may have been this week but two members of our team walked the most important red carpet of all… the RE/MAX red carpet!
RE/MAX Awards fall into three categories including Club Awards, Career Awards, and Special Awards. Club Awards recognize RE/MAX sales associates and team leaders across the world for performance in closed sales and buyer transactions in a given year.
Please join us in congratulating HREG Team Leader Renée Hillman on receiving the RE/MAX Diamond Club Award and our Buyer Partner Robin Lilley on the receiving the RE/MAX Platinum Club Award! We are beyond thrilled that our hardworking leading lady Renée was recognized as a top performer with her Diamond Club Award. The extra sweet icing on the cake for us as a team was that Renée wasn’t the only HREG team member to take home a production-based award. Robin also joined in on the fun with her RE/MAX Platinum Award.
Introduced in 1992 with requirements of seven years of service and performance milestones, Renée was also presented with the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award. Associates must have previously achieved the Hall of Fame award to be considered for this highest honor and we could not be more proud of Renée for receiving this well-earned recognition as a real estate industry veteran.

As we come to the close of another fantastic year, we like to reflect as a team on all of the accomplishments and milestones we’ve reached together and with you, our wonderful clients! With the speed at which real estate moves, it’s easy to forget the smaller things that one-by-one add up to an incredible year of growth, and giving, in 2018.

Renée Hillman Earned Ranking for 2015 Home Sales
Raleigh, NC – Renée Hillman, team leader of Hillman Real Estate Group, with RE/MAX One Realty is among the top RE/MAX agents and teams featured in the 2016 REAL Trends “America’s Best Real Estate Agents” survey. The agents included in the survey represent less than one percent of all real estate professionals in the United States.
“Our boutique-style real estate, that creates proven results for our clients, is the reason we receive repeat business time and again and generate such positive referrals from clients and our industry partners,” notes Hillman. “I’m incredibly proud of being recognized among so many hard-working professionals in this business.”
“America’s Best” is the industry’s largest ranking of agents based on homes sold in 2015. The survey is open to individual agents who closed at least 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume and teams who had at least 75 sides or $30 million in volume. The fourth annual ranking groups agents by state and metro area. Both individual agents and teams are recognized for their number of transaction sides and/or sales volume.
Hillman has more than 16 years of experience in the Triangle market. This is the first year Hillman has been recognized among “America’s Best.”
RE/MAX agents accounted for 22 percent of the more than 12,000 participating agents who qualified for the survey. This year, RE/MAX had more agents named in the survey than any other brand.
