It is hard to believe that RenĂ©e has been calling North Carolina home for over 40 years! She moved to Charlotte when she was nine months old, then to Cary in 1990, where she attended Apex Middle School and Apex High School. After that, it was off to North Carolina State University and with her degree in Business Management, she was ready to conquer the world. (Arenât we all?! đ).
Renée is a consistent Top Producer in the top 1% locally and top 50, to be exact. She is also in the top 2% of our brokerage nationally. She has overseen well over 1,800 transactions and managed millions upon millions of dollars in real estate.
Robin Lilley, Buyer Partner

Robin has called NC home for close to four decades, she attended Enloe High school and then continued her studies at NC State University.
What makes her great at real estate is her experience not only in corporate structure, navigating three kids (letâs face it we all know how teenagers can be!) but also dealing directly with different types of real estate transactions from first time home buyers, empty nesters, foreclosures, and short sales. She has been licensed in real estate since 2006.

Jon has called the Triangle home for over 25 years. In fact, he and Renee grew up together as neighbors and high school classmates! After earning a BA in Economics from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Jon received his Master of Business Administration from Kansas State University as a Dow Chemical Graduate Scholar.
Joining the Hillman Real Estate Group team in the fall of 2018, he is a true advocate, providing his clients with information that will allow them to become more informed decision-makers.

Kayla is a Triangle native born and raised in Cary. She continued her education at Methodist University in Fayetteville, where she earned her Bachelorâs degree in Exercise Science.
Kayla is very familiar with the Triangle area, knowing hidden treasures and interesting facts. She has watched the area grow and develop over the last 30 years and is excited to share that with individuals and families looking to buy and call the Triangle their home. Kayla is eager to work with first time buyers, people new to the area, and natives like herself looking to settle down.

Rebecca moved back to North Carolina in 2010 from her home state of New York. She had previously attended high school here in the Triangle before beginning her college career at NC State University and then transferring to Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) to finish her degree in Advertising Photography.
Rebeccaâs experience in marketing and customer service makes her a valuable asset in the sale of your home. She ensures your home gets tons of exposure and targets the perfect buyer. Donât let Lauraâs Client Care Manager job title fool you, her real estate roots run deep. First introduced to real estate while working after school at her momâs real estate firm in Raleigh, Laura became licensed in 2008 and started her sales career at a progressive firm where, in 2010, the CEO awarded her the âMost Closed Transactionsâ title and award for the firm. In 2016, she decided to expand her experience and explore new construction home sales. In Lauraâs two-and-a-half-year tenure on-site, she received numerous awards for her outstanding sales performance.
