Renee and her team were great to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable about the real estate in the Knightdale/Zebulon area and did a great job of making sure everything we needed was in line for us to close on our house. We personally worked with Jonathan Edwards, and he did an amazing job working with both the seller’s agent and us to make sure our new house was what we expected and that we didn’t get stuck buying something that wasn’t what they promised us it would be. Specifically, our new house needed significant repairs to the foundation due to rot and termite damage, and Jonathan went through all the ridiculous paperwork to make sure they fixed the house the way they were supposed to. This caused us to delay closing on the house several times, but this was a good thing since we wanted to get the house in the condition they said it would be in, not the condition it was after the contractor had done a poor job on the repairs.
As part of this estate transaction, our buyer faced the potential of some pretty costly repairs. We could not be more proud of the diligent efforts put in by our teammate Jonathan as he combed through numerous inspection documents, attended multiple inspections and subsequent re-inspections, and served as a liaison for our client with the home inspectors and engineers, ultimately resulting in a home delivered to our buyer in “A+” condition!

Renee and her team recently helped us sell a rental property and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The house needed some updates to get it ready for market and they managed the entire process – making sure we didn’t make unnecessary upgrades and juggling the contractors’ schedules. 10/10 would recommend!
For these seller clients, we literally went through and came up with a great update plan that would allow us to sell swiftly but not go overboard on budget or time, either. We chose all colors, advised on light fixtures, trim work to do, etc.
On the main floor, our sellers were prepared to go to the time and expense of installing luxury vinyl plank flooring at a cost of about $4,000, to create aesthetic consistency between different rooms and floor materials, but instead, recommended refinishing and dark staining of the existing parquette floor that ended up looking great at a fraction of the cost: just $650!
