Whether you’re spring cleaning, paring down for a big move, or just need to make room in your kids’ closets, Note in the Pocket is a HREG favorite to donate kids clothes and shoes in Raleigh! Drop off your donation items at 5100 Lacy Avenue – Raleigh, NC 27609. (They also take adult clothes too, as they do a garage sale a couple of times a year. So be sure to take a pass through your closets too, mom and dad! Many kids need adult sizes, so your donations will go to good use.)
What about the things that are in not-so-nice condition? Note in the Pocket recycles clothing that has stains, holes, etc. So they really take a wide gambit of things. Also, certain clothes that don’t pass a quality inspection then go to Catholic Parish Outreach, which is another HREG favorite organization. Can’t you just feel the community love here? 🙂
We spent our team quarterly volunteer day at Note this week and couldn’t wait to share this video and pictures with you. What a fun outing for a worthy cause!
Note in the Pocket partners with schools to provide clothing to impoverished and homeless children in Wake County. Visit https://noteinthepocket.org/ to learn more about this great Raleigh non-profit!
