Knocking Down Pins and Winning for Style: “Strike Out Homelessness” 2024
In early November 2024, the Hillman Real Estate Group at eXp Realty team swapped the real estate market for the bowling alley—all for a great cause!
We joined 160 fellow REALTORS® at the sixth annual Strike Out Homelessness bowling benefit, hosted by the REALTOR® Giving Network,, where our team leader, Renée, proudly served as a former board member. The event raised funds for the network’s vital “Disaster Relief Fund,” helping those in need during times of crisis.
While the real highlight was supporting a meaningful cause and connecting with other agents, we’d be remiss not to mention our award-winning achievement—we proudly took home the title for Best Bowling Shirts!

In a community with such rich resources, it’s hard to grasp that homelessness has become a public health crisis. The numbers are staggering—6,500 Wake County Public School children are homeless. The RRAR believes that agents can harness their collective power to fill the gaps in services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
