In case you missed it, the City of Raleigh launched NC’s first Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Fast Track program and gallery last month. The program, which comes on the heels of the announcement of Raleigh’s first tiny house village last spring, will make building an ADU more accessible for Raleigh residents.
