This fall, we had the honor of furnishing our ninth apartment in partnership with the REALTOR® Giving Network, marking a very special milestone: their 125th apartment furnished! This project, done in collaboration with The Carying Place, was an opportunity for our team to put boots on the ground and help families in need create a warm, welcoming home.

This October, we were honored to participate in “I Heart eXp Day” for the fifth consecutive year—a nationwide event where eXp brokers come together to volunteer in their local communities. It’s incredible to see the collective power of over 100 local volunteers making a real difference.
Each year, the Triangle Parade of Homes gives us an inside look at the latest design and architecture trends shaping new homes across the Raleigh area—and REALTOR® Day is always a favorite! This special day gives REALTORS® the opportunity to tour showstopping homes before the second public weekend of the event.
This year, we’re kicking off the ninth annual Undies Drive for our friends at Note in the Pocket at the start of the school year, because it’s the kids who matter most!
Thanks to your generosity, we donated $5,000 to Note in the Pocket and $5,000 to Clothes to Kids of Haywood County, a nonprofit that suffered devastating losses when its entire operation was flooded and had to be rebuilt.
In early November 2024, the Hillman Real Estate Group at eXp Realty team swapped the real estate market for the bowling alley—all for a great cause!
We joined 160 fellow REALTORS® at the sixth annual Strike Out Homelessness bowling benefit, hosted by the REALTOR® Giving Network,, where our team leader, Renée, proudly served as a former board member. The event raised funds for the network’s vital “Disaster Relief Fund,” helping those in need during times of crisis.
While the real highlight was supporting a meaningful cause and connecting with other agents, we’d be remiss not to mention our award-winning achievement—we proudly took home the title for Best Bowling Shirts!

In a community with such rich resources, it’s hard to grasp that homelessness has become a public health crisis. The numbers are staggering—6,500 Wake County Public School children are homeless. The RRAR believes that agents can harness their collective power to fill the gaps in services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. With funding, they can supercharge local housing nonprofits to service their clients with hope and dignity.
