Brier Creek Country Club, Raleigh

Governors Club, Chapel Hill

This nationally recognized community is home to one of the best golf courses in the country. And its 27 holes are even more enjoyable when you live right on or in close proximity to the green. Considered the Triangle’s only fully-gated gated golf community, Governors Club boasts a plethora of beautifully designed homes, each of which offers spacious yards, large windows, gorgeous architecture, and other luxurious design elements. In addition to all the wonderful amenities the community offers (think biking/walking trails, pools, tennis courts, pavilions, etc.), Governors Club is also primely positioned near RDU Airport, Downtown Chapel Hill, renowned universities, public parks, and more.

12 Oaks, Holly Springs

The shining star of 12 Oaks is its Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course. The community also features a practice area, chipping green, and driving range. Those who aren’t into golf will enjoy the neighborhood’s many amenities geared toward all ages, including three pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a restaurant, and other social events. The cherry on top: The neighborhood homes are all within arm’s reach of these great activities! And there are plenty of different home shapes, sizes, and architectural styles to choose from.

Hasentree, Wake Forest

Living in this resort-style community is like being on vacation every day. Enjoy the Tom Fazio-designed golf course, member-led special interest clubs, exceptional dining experiences, racquet sports, fitness facilities, and more—all located near the neighboring community. Eagle Ridge Golf Club, Raleigh

Eagle Ridge is surrounded by gorgeous homes that fit whatever lifestyle and/or price point you may be looking for.
