Spring is here and you were planning on buying your dream home – then the unimaginable happened and a global pandemic crisis hit. For buyers in the Triangle area, that means you might not have the opportunity to walk through a home with your agent or your agent might not be able to show homes in person.

If you’re a fan of modernist architecture, North Carolina is the place to be! Here, you’ll find the third largest concentration of modern homes.
Speaking of modernist homes, we are in love with this beautiful property at 811 Bryan Street in Raleigh. The home is currently listed for sale by Joseph Hodge at Hodge and Kittrell Sotheby’s International Realty and our team is ready to represent you as a buyer.
Hillman Real Estate Group is uniquely experienced in representing sellers and buyers who have an interest in this forward-thinking style that broke away from the traditional style of homes.

This iconic modernist residence was built by Frank Harmon in the heart of Raleigh’s Cameron Village. It is tucked behind a wall that provides seclusion in the middle of town. You will be amazed at the beauty and sophistication of this custom-built concrete, steel, and glass home.

Get the best of both worlds – privacy and convenience – nestled on a corner lot with a breathtaking lap pool and views of the outdoors from all points within the house.

Enjoy the flow of the home with the kitchen, dining room, and living room, all being open to one another.

As you relax in the living room, you will notice the “inside/outside” feel where the landscape just becomes part of the house.

Before we head upstairs, we have to stop in the kitchen that features state-of-the-art appliances and gorgeous views of the inside and outside of the home. It is so luxurious, you may not mind doing the dishes. ????

The loft is perfect for a home office or exercise room.

There are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one half-bathroom.

The master closet is really one-of-a-kind!

Relax in your spa-like bathroom after fun day of entertaining.

Speaking of entertaining, there is plenty of room on the patio for that.

The three-car garage offers ample storage.

Location, location, location. If this house did not already seem perfect, you will love living near Cameron Village. Cameron Village shopping center is a Raleigh tradition, woven into the lives of countless residents and visitors since 1949. With a variety of shops and restaurants to explore, each visit is a chance to celebrate what makes shopping in Raleigh unique.
