Making Dream (Homes) Come True
We have been working with a client on building their dream home since last January and we’re so excited to share the progress! We’ve literally been with them every step of the way—so it’s nice to see their dream home becoming a reality.
We’ve worked—and still work—with several of the custom builders in the area, whether it is because we couldn’t find the exact product on the resale or because we are in new construction a lot. The custom build process has many different caveats to it, and it’s our pleasure to guide our clients through the process.
This stunning custom-built home in Sanctuary at Yates Mill is about as luxurious as it gets! We love the contrast of the grey stone with dark blue siding. It really is a gorgeous home! Bonus: It even includes a full apartment for the parents! We are so happy about how this home is coming along, and can’t wait for our clients to move in.

Not only is the home gorgeous but it’s located in a stunning neighborhood as well! Sanctuary at Yates Mill in Raleigh/Cary really is, well, a sanctuary. The oasis offers custom homes on wooded homesites with pond views amid rolling hills and horse farms.
