As a first time home buyer, I had zero knowledge when it came to real estate, and being someone who always tried to figure out things by herself, I, for a moment, thought I did not need an agent representing me. LUCKILY! I decided to find an agent and help me with this scary home buying process.
I found Renee through some online search, and decided to contact her to test the water. One of my biggest pet peeves is I can’t stand slow responses, but when I sent Renee the initial email, I swore she replied back to me within 5 mins! This definitely gave me really good feeling/vibes because from personal experience, I know if someone who is passionate about what they do, they want to make sure they are on top of everything and won’t keep their customers waiting. I met with her and Robin (Robin is more on the buyers side and Renee is more on the sellers side) and they gave me this warm and friendly feeling.
