The story starts nearly two years ago when our clients Daniel and Amy decided to purchase a home on Keystone Park Drive that was listed for sale by owner. We helped negotiate the transaction and two years later when the opportunity to relocate for work came calling, they called us to list this same home for sale. (Closing Count: Buyer – 1, Seller – 1)
