The Story of the Morrisville Golden Turkey

Ready to test your reading and comprehension skills? Don’t worry – this is no end of grade test, but it will stretch your brain a bit to follow the trail from first client contact to six closings along the same street in Morrisville’s Keystone Crossing neighborhood.

If you’re a bowler, you already know that the coveted “Golden Turkey” means knocking down six strikes in a row. For those of you not up on your bowling terms, hang on for this epic story and see if you can follow along!

The story starts nearly two years ago when our clients Daniel and Amy decided to purchase a home on Keystone Park Drive that was listed for sale by owner. We helped negotiate the transaction and two years later when the opportunity to relocate for work came calling, they called us to list this same home for sale. (Closing Count: Buyer – 1, Seller – 1)

Here’s the review Daniel shared after our first time working together:

Renee was awesome to work with. We had a tight closing timeframe and she fully jumped in to make sure all items were addressed. She put my mind at ease during this process and made sure that I was kept in the loop on all items. I highly recommend working with Renee.

Conveniently enough, we found buyers within the same neighborhood – Brad and Tiffany! But of course, these new clients needed to sell their existing home so they could move to the next. We were beyond thrilled to be able to quickly step in to help. (Closing Count: Seller – 2, Buyer – 2)

The buyer we helped Brad and Tiffany sell their home to, Cole, was a first-time home buyer and we loved helping him get the keys to his very first Triangle home purchase so seamlessly! (Closing Count: Seller – 2, Buyer – 3)

Can you imagine our surprise when a couple of savvy buyers, Chris and Sarah, who had been doing their research on Keystone Crossing called us up and based on our experiencing negotiating transactions in the neighborhood, hired us to help them find a home in this subdivision, as well?! What’s even more surprising is that they ended up selecting a home on Keystone Park, too – the exact same street in the neighborhood. (Closing Count: Seller – 2, Buyer – 4)

So, how did you do? Were you able to follow that story of six different transactions on the same neighborhood street? Just imagine how detail-oriented our team at Hillman Real Estate Group had to be throughout the entire process to ensure that the paperwork and documentation for each home bought and sold on Keystone Park Drive made it to the right inbox, at the right time. 🙂
