Welcome to Apex NC

Downtown-ApexApex NC has grown by leaps and bounds over the last 20 years, growing from a small town to a booming city which only continues to grow. Despite this influx of new Apexers, Apex has held onto it’s small town charm with a bustling historic downtown with it’s quaint shops and walkability. Being named Money magazine’s #1 small town in America in 2015 has continued to push growth and development, and is due in large part to it’s active social events calendar and many parks. Apex lives up to it’s motto, the peak of good living, hosting several large community events throughout the year such as PeakFest, Peak City Pig Fest, and their Olde Fashioned Fourth of July Celebration.PeakFest

If nature and outdoor recreation are more to your liking, Apex is home to the Jordan Lake Recreation Area, a large 14,000 acre man-made lake with 14 miles of hiking trails. Jordan Lake is also a destination for area boaters and camping enthusiasts with it’s swim beaches and numerous campgrounds.

A population boom has resulted in a construction boom with many amenity rich neighborhoods popping up in Apex, each with their own unique style and community offerings. Some of Apex’s most popular neighborhoods are: Bella Casa, Villages of Apex, Haddon Hall, Abbington, Sweetwater, Crockets Ridge, and Walden Creek. And if you want to be close to downtown Apex there are certainly some more established homes that might tickle your fancy.
