HREG in the Community: Note in the Pocket Socks & Under 5K Rundie

As always, there’s no shortage of fun things to do in the Triangle area! Last weekend, Team HREG gathered up friends and family and took a team of 11 to the Note in the Pocket Socks & Undie 5K Rundie and Kids 1/2 K. ?

The super fantastic fun race took place Saturday, April 28, 2018. We laced up to support local kids in need and as a Patron-level sponsor, we even had the chance to include a seasonal goodie inside race packets… we teamed up with Wool E. Bull to send runners to a Durham Bulls game. Batter up, baseball fans!

You might recognize a few #TeamHREG faces in these photos including team leader Renee Hillman, our office manager Rebecca (and her entire family!), Stephanie Davis (one of our favorite mortgage partners), buyer specialists Robin and Sean, and even Little E (future real estate agent in training) made it out.

We’d like to give a special “Thanks!” to our families for joining in the walk for a great cause with us. Note in the Pocket provides clothing to impoverished and homeless children in Wake County, believing it is unacceptable that children are limited in their educational and social development because they do not have appropriate clothes for school. We are so honored to be able to support their work in the Wake County community!
